Grants Team

Bawso has a specialist grants team with expertise in managing and administering grants from UK and local bodies to black and minoritised groups in Wales.

This capability has been developed over recent years in the delivery of the Global Majority Fund grant programmes provided by Comic Relief.

Bawso has deep and long standing relations with black groups and community leaders across Wales. The Bawso Board, staff, and volunteers are from these communities, and Bawso has a tried and tested capacity to deliver grants, and to support and advise grant funders wishing to operate in Wales. It is undertaking primary research in this area of work.
