Bawso has an established volunteering programme that provides training and support to women and girls from female black and minoritised communities in Wales, wishing to support Bawso activities.

Volunteers work in every part of Bawso, from supporting adult and childcare services through to central services and administration, and in all parts of Wales.

Volunteer roles are based on the interests and capabilities of each volunteer.

Bawso volunteers gain skills and experience that contribute significantly to securing subsequent employment in the community. Some Bawso volunteers go on to receive professional training and join the Bawso staff team.
