Bawso is delighted to have achieved ISO (International Standards Organisation) certification as audited by the British Assessment Bureau in May 2022.
Bawso was certified for:
- ISO 9001:2015: Quality Management System.
- ISO 14001:2015: Environmental Management System.
- ISO 45001:2018: Health and Safety Management Systems.
In our ongoing mission as the leading provider and advocate for specialist services for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities affected by Abuse, Violence, and Exploitation in Wales, we are always looking at ways to improve what we offer our clients and stakeholders and aligning ourselves to standards that gives us the opportunity to be deliberate, systematic, and consistent in improving our services, and therefore, our wider offering.
ISO certification are a mark of international and national best practice as well as trust and confidence for all organisations who achieve it. We are proud to have reached this benchmark because it demonstrates that the processes and procedures Bawso uses to deliver our specialist services are robust, consistent, and systematic.
