Self Care and Beauty Therapies

Bawso are holding FREE beauty care and therapy sessions in Swansea, with certified therapist Nidhi Shah. She will be advising on make up, hair styling, nail art, threading and massage. Sessions are held every fortnight starting on 31st May, 9.30am – 11.20am at Onestop Shop, Singleton Street, Swansea.

Sitting down to paint your nails is a simple gesture that tells you “I’m worth it, I deserve this.” Everyone has a right to feel special and take time out for themselves. It’s about improving self esteem and realising self worth.
