Concesiunea Migrant Victim of Domestic Abuse (MVDAC), cunoscut\u0103 anterior sub numele de Destitute Domestic Violence Concession (DDVC) a \u00eenregistrat modific\u0103ri care ofer\u0103 ajutor temporar pentru Victimele abuzului domestic care sunt parteneri cu un muncitor migrant sau student sau absolvent din Regatul Unit. Victimele vor putea solicita recurgerea la fonduri publice pentru sprijin pentru a tr\u0103i independent de agresor timp de trei luni. Noile schimb\u0103ri sunt doar o m\u0103sur\u0103 stop \u2013 gap care ofer\u0103 victimelor \u0219i copiilor lor o fereastr\u0103 de oportunitate de a sc\u0103pa de agresor. La expirarea a 3 luni, victimele vor trebui s\u0103 urmeze alte rute de imigrare pentru mai mult sprijin, care nu este garantat, deoarece nu to\u021bi solicitan\u021bii sunt eligibili. O alt\u0103 op\u021biune \u00een cadrul noilor modific\u0103ri este ca victimele s\u0103 se \u00eentoarc\u0103 \u00een \u021b\u0103rile lor de origine, ceea ce le expune un risc crescut de a c\u0103dea \u00eenapoi \u00een m\u00e2inile agresorilor lor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victima se confrunt\u0103, de asemenea, cu riscul de a r\u0103m\u00e2ne f\u0103r\u0103 ad\u0103post \u0219i riscul de a c\u0103dea \u00een m\u00e2inile bandelor de trafican\u021bi care prad\u0103 victimelor vulnerabile.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozi\u021bia noastr\u0103 ca organiza\u021bie este ca guvernul Regatului Unit s\u0103 standardizeze legisla\u021bia privind sprijinirea femeilor victime ale violen\u021bei \u0219i s\u0103 permit\u0103 tuturor victimelor s\u0103 acceseze fonduri publice, indiferent de statutul lor de imigrare.
