Al participar en el Cardiff Half Marathon 2023, no solo se desafiar\u00e1 a s\u00ed mismo y experimentar\u00e1 la emoci\u00f3n de cruzar la l\u00ednea de meta, sino que tambi\u00e9n marcar\u00e1 la diferencia en las vidas de aquellos que son m\u00e1s vulnerables en nuestras comunidades.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Damos la bienvenida a corredores de todos los niveles y or\u00edgenes, y brindamos apoyo y aliento a lo largo de su viaje de capacitaci\u00f3n y recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos. Como equipo, trabajaremos juntos para lograr nuestro objetivo de recaudar la mayor cantidad de dinero posible para Bawso y crear conciencia sobre el trabajo crucial que hacemos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la satisfacci\u00f3n de contribuir a una buena causa, tambi\u00e9n recibir\u00e1s una camiseta del equipo, acceso a consejos y recursos de entrenamiento, un masaje posterior a la carrera (por parte del Lounge Cardiff) \u00a1y mucho m\u00e1s!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>No pierda esta oportunidad de generar un impacto real en nuestra comunidad y lograr sus objetivos personales de acondicionamiento f\u00edsico al mismo tiempo.
