Fel rhan o\u2019n hymrwymiad parhaus i ddarparu\u2019r gefnogaeth a\u2019r arweinyddiaeth orau i\u2019n cymuned, mae\u2019n bleser gennym gyhoeddi bod Tina Fahm wedi\u2019i phenodi\u2019n Brif Weithredwr newydd Bawso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae gan Tina gyfoeth o brofiad ac angerdd dwfn dros ein cenhadaeth i rymuso a chefnogi unigolion mewn angen. Mae ei hymroddiad i&#039;n hachos, ynghyd \u00e2&#039;i sgiliau arwain a&#039;i gweledigaeth, yn ei gwneud hi&#039;r ymgeisydd delfrydol i arwain Bawso i bennod newydd o dwf ac effaith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae cefndir ac arbenigedd Tina yn cyd-fynd yn berffaith \u00e2 chenhadaeth Bawso i ddarparu gwasanaethau a chymorth hanfodol i&#039;r rhai yr effeithir arnynt gan gam-drin domestig, trais yn erbyn menywod, masnachu mewn pobl a chaethwasiaeth fodern. Bydd ei harweinyddiaeth yn sicr yn ein llywio tuag at gyflawniadau mwy fyth a dyfodol mwy disglair i\u2019r unigolion a\u2019r cymunedau rydym yn eu gwasanaethu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ymunwch \u00e2 ni i estyn croeso cynnes i Tina wrth iddi gymryd yr awenau fel ein Prif Weithredwr newydd. Rydym yn gyffrous am ddyfodol Bawso o dan ei harweiniad, ac edrychwn ymlaen at gyrraedd cerrig milltir newydd gyda\u2019n gilydd.
